To request a transcript – go to the Guidance Office and find the clipboard on Mrs. Seliga’s desk.  Fill out the information needed.  Mrs. Seliga will send your official transcript within two days of the request.  An official transcript will have all your final grades since 9th grade; your cumulative GPA; all ACT/SAT/PSAT/EOC test scores that you have taken; and your class rank.  This will be in a sealed envelope and stamped OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.   If the envelope gets opened, it is NOT an official transcript.

A Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID is a username and password that you must use to log in to certain U.S. Department of Education (ED) websites.  Your FSA ID identifies you as someone who has the right to access your own personal information on ED websites such as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at

If you are a parent of a dependent student, you will need your own FSA ID if you want to sign your child’s FAFSA electronically.  If you have more than one child attending college, you can use the same FSA ID to sign all applications.  Please note:  Each FSA ID user must have a unique e-mail address.

Your FSA ID is used to sign legally binding documents electronically.  It has the same legal status as a written signature.  Don’t give your FSA ID to anyone not even to someone helping you fill out the FAFSA.  Sharing your FSA ID could put you at risk of identity theft!

College Days
Seniors and juniors may apply for “College Days” for the purpose of visiting a college or university that they may be interested in attending. Seniors AND Juniors are allowed two (2) days. A note signed by the parent explaining what college the student will be visiting with the date of visit must be presented to the Guidance office prior to the absence. The student will be given a College Day/Prior Arrangement form to be filled out by each teacher whose class they will be missing. When this document is complete, it is to be turned back in to the Guidance Office. The student is required to bring proof of the visit back to the Guidance office in the form of a signature of an official at the college visited. If a student does not follow ALL requirements for obtaining a college day, the absence can be counted as an unexcused absence. College days will NOT be granted to anyone during testing week in December or after Spring Break.
